You can choose to subscribe to Envoy on a monthly or annual payment plan. Most customers are subject to our standard terms of service and subject to automated renewal terms.
Monthly plans are a higher cost but offer the most flexibility since you’re only paying for a month at a time.
Long term, annual plans cost ~20% less than monthly plans but require payment for a full year in advance.
We request any modification to a subscription be received in writing at least 30 days prior to the upcoming / next renewal date; cancellations via phone will not be accepted.
Please note that Envoy is not obligated to refund or prorate unused time on either monthly or yearly subscriptions. Similar to other software applications, billing is not contingent on usage but rather based on the agreement made to access to the product or service.
