This article outlines how to create and customize your location’s welcome guide.

Creating a welcome guide

Adding topics

  1. Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails.
  2. Select “Enable”
  3. Check the box next to the topic you want to include.
  4. In the text box that appears below the topic, add the information you want to share with visitors.
  5. Click “Save.”
  6. Repeat for any other topics you would like to add.

Tip: Switch to the “Preview” view to see how your welcome guide will appear to visitors.

Changing the order of topics

  1. Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails.
  2. Find the up-and-down arrow icon to the right of a topic.
  3. Tap and hold the cursor on the icon to drag and drop it into the desired position.
  4. Click “Save.

Removing topics

  1. Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails.
  2. Select “Edit” and uncheck each topic you want to remove.
  3. Click “Save.”

Disabling the welcome guide

  1. Go to Visitors > Settings > Visitor emails.
  2. Select “Edit,” then “Disable.”
